If you'd like a different email address or phone number for people to contact you on, this can be added to the description.

Private Event

The bookings calendar will only show the booking time and facilities needed. The booking will be listed as 'Private Event'. Your contact info is not displayed.

Children's party bookings must be for a minimum of three hours. This is to give you enough time to clean up after the party.

The end time of your booking must be at least one hour before the start of the next booking in the hall. This time will allow enough time for Village Hall staff to check the hall is ready for the next booking.
